A really good hotel, but without frills like a piano bar, room service, etc. The amenities (toiletries, coffee, kettle, slippers) were good, and there was even a free safe and stationery. Towels and bed linens were very clean. 100 ringgit deposit against a receipt. Two room keys. Well-functioning Wi-Fi. Plenty of space and storage options. Two chairs. The location is very good.

strategic location in the middle of kota kinabalu city. I just like the location and also big window. ive got very nice view.

I stay in Capital Hotel most times I travel in KK. It is a simple hotel but is clean, comfortable and well managed

Nothing to complain. So far so good. Value for money, in the middle of city, all easy access with walking distance. Great views

VIP Suite is big with a great view. Very convenient location for malls and the pier for island hopping. Good value. Near Gaya street and the new ‘cool’ district with good bars and restaurants.

Good location, closed to the Jesselton terminal where I went every day for scuba diving. Many nice restaurants & coffee shops around the hotel.

Very convenient location, surrounded by all the famous eatery. Walking distance to Suria Mall or night market. Just ordinary room with decent space, consider well maintain for a 57 years old building.

Great location! 5 minutes walk to the malls nearby. The restaurant down the hotel has real good Italian food. There's restaurants, marts, some tourist spots walking distance.
